Shipping & Handling

Shipping and handling charges are calculated at checkout based on the size of the item, shipping destination, and selected shipping method.

All orders are carefully packaged for shipment. Tracking information will be provided once your order has shipped.

Orders Shipped As-Is

Orders purchased to be shipped as-is are typically processed and shipped within 7 business days. Shipping times provided by the carrier are estimates and do not include order processing time.

Orders Requesting Restoration

If you select Request Restoration Quote when purchasing a poster, shipping and handling will still be charged at checkout.

Your poster will remain with Fourth Cone Restoration while we assess the piece and prepare a restoration quote. If you approve the quote and proceed with restoration services, the shipping and handling amount paid with your original purchase will be credited toward your restoration services invoice.

If you decide not to proceed with restoration, your poster will be shipped to you using the shipping method selected at checkout.

Insurance & Signature

Orders are shipped with insurance and will require a signature upon delivery. Please make sure the shipping address provided at checkout is accurate and that someone is available to receive the package when a signature is required.

Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, delivery times may be affected by circumstances outside of our control, including carrier delays, weather, or other service disruptions.

Shipping Damage

If your order arrives damaged, please contact Fourth Cone Restoration as soon as possible and retain all original packaging and shipping materials. Photographs of the item, packaging, and shipping container may be required to process a shipping damage claim.

Please do not discard any packaging materials until the claim has been resolved.
