The distinctive red-and-white design is based on Pierre Étaix’s original artwork and depicts Hulot with his young nephew, reflecting the film’s comic contrast between traditional life and modernity.

Condition

Poster remains in its original folded state with a pronounced grid of horizontal and vertical fold lines and associated fold wear. The paper shows light overall toning and scattered surface marks, with a visible split/tear and localized paper damage at the central fold intersection on the reverse. The front also shows creasing and minor wear along the folds and edges, while the reverse has pronounced bleed-through from the front image.
